No - you do not need to be a Virginia resident to place an order. You must simply present your valid I.D. on arrival, and be 21+.
We have geographically set up ordering to ensure orders will be obtained. By allowing "out of State" ordering to happen; it only furthers confusion and appears that we are "shipping product"; which we do not do. Addresses that are within the "geographic boundaries" will be able to successfully place an order.
